Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Infosec Metrics Program
We are looking for an Information Security (InfoSec) Program Metrics Lead to join our team and help us design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that display key performance indicators and metrics for our InfoSec program. 
You will work closely with cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and managers to understand their data needs and translate them into user-friendly and visually appealing dashboards.  
You will ensure the accuracy, reliability, and security of the data sources (associated APIs) and the dashboards.
Responsibilities
•    Collaborate with InfoSec stakeholders and other dashboard users to gather requirements & feedback and to deliver solutions that meet their needs and expectations.  This also includes validating user requirements and proposing relevant/ pertinent alternatives
•    Integrate data from multiple sources, such as vulnerability scanners, threat intelligence platforms, security incident and event management systems, etc.
•    Perform data analysis, validation, and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data pipelines and associated dashboards
•    Design and develop interactive dashboards using various tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, etc.
•    Assume full SDLC responsibility including Go Live Support.
•    Optimize the performance and usability of the dashboards and implement best practices for data visualization and dashboard design
•    Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the dashboards and the data sources
•    Document the dashboard development process and the data sources and provide user training and guidance
•    Support initiatives in improving security maturity at org or client level
•    Own and manage the metrics programs, including but not limited to timely leadership updates and governance on program effectiveness
•    Keep abreast of technology trends and risks that those bring

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
•    Relevant years of information security experience, with a very strong technical background and significant solution, security architecture experience – of which experience in developing dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Python or similar tools. 
•    Power BI (PL300 certification) Hands-on DAX writing experience; MS SQL (Defining data structure for data handling used in analytics, writing DML Queries, Stored Procedures and building views, working with relational and non-relational databases as well as data lakes); Understanding of ETL (Extractions, Transformation and Loading of data) Pipelines and their functioning
•    Functional knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, standards, and best practices, such as NIST, ISO, CIS, etc.
•    Ability to understand and communicate complex data and cybersecurity issues in a clear and concise manner.
•    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
•    Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
•    Effective communication and collaboration skills and ability to work independently and as part of a culturally diverse team.
•    Security certifications like CISSP, CCSP, CISA or equivalent a plus
