We are seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to join our HR team in Dulles, VA. Your primary focus will be to enhance and administer our global compensation programs including but not limited to incentive programs, employment cost planning, as well as analytics and projects.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manages projects and processes related to compensation programs for Nightwing, ensuring programs are delivered consistently, timely, and in compliance with various regulations.
Provides analytics support including market analysis across the business
Develops metrics and goals for associated program management.
Manage the annual processes, including compensation budgets, annual merit and bonus processes, and long-term incentive processes.
Prepares presentations and documentation for leadership on the structure of the programs and processes.
Develops procedures for analysis of spending and effectiveness data to assess programs and procedures.
Addresses complex questions from employees and HR professionals.
Manages maintenance of program data in HR information systems
Education and Qualifications:
BA/BS degree w/7+ years of experience or MA/MS degree w/5+ years of experience
Possess strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast pace environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and have experience presenting data to large groups
Excellent analytical skills including complex spreadsheet analysis
Workday experience including experience with Workday annual compensation processes strongly preferred

The salary range for this role is 105,000 USD - 221,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.This role is a U.S.-based role.
