EY- Cyber Security (Cloud Security Architect) – Technology Consulting – Senior 
As part of our EY Cyber security, Technology Consulting team, your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You will be responsible for delivery and maintaining quality of services and deliverables on your engagements. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY and GDS within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.
 

The opportunity

We’re looking for Security Consultant / Senior Security Consultant to work on various cloud security engineering related projects for our customers across the globe. 

The Cloud Security team drives security by design agenda for various clients by performing security architecture reviews, cloud security design reviews, IAM architecture reviews. You will require to interface with BISO,  CISO, BIO, and Enterprise Architecture stakeholders as per client’s business processes. This requires good knowledge of various Cloud Service Provider’s like Azure, AWS, and GCP, as well as cyber security concepts. The team is required to work on various security architecture related requirements which address sector specific challenges. Delivering solutions using third party security tools will be a part of the delivery responsibilities. 
Azure Cloud implementation experience is mandatory and Azure expertise will be additional
 

Job description: The role will be part of a Cloud Security team, within the Cyber - Technology Consulting organization.  The main responsibility of this role will be to govern all processes that take place as part of client’s team. The scope covers all departments, employees, contractors, vendors, and information assets.  This includes teams that define strategy and architecture, manage product lifecycle and features, and build data security applications and services to secure the client’s journey to the cloud.  The successful candidate will be a senior individual contributor with a background in Cloud Security & Process engineering and an interest in cybersecurity systems to solve complex problems.

The Cloud team sets the vision and strategy for Client’s use of cloud security products and services. The team translates that strategy into a product roadmap and backlog and builds, reviews and approved controls to deliver security capabilities that enable new business and reduce risk to the firm.  The resource is required to interface with client’s cloud security and process engineering team to enable a Service to provide Costing and Security Requirement Requests for projects during early design phase.
 

Specific role responsibilities include:

• Operate and Enable Client’s Function -Service to provide Costing and Security Requirement Requests for projects during early design phase 
• Work in or lead an agile development team to design and build new products and features
• Perform Project Security Assessments 
• Help with updates of Guardrails, Design Patterns, and self-service tool configurations.
• Other duties as assigned by the Head of Security Architecture. 
• Engage proactively with customers to better understand their needs and obtain feedback
• Contribute to maintaining a high level of engineering rigor within the team

Qualifications:
Required Skills:

• Minimum four (4) years experience in information security, including at least Minimum two (2) years in security architecture for a medium to large size organization.
• Minimum three (3) years experience translating solution requirements into technical architecture requirements & standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, Engineering, Business, or related technical field and Minimum eight (8) years IT experience
• Three (3) years information security experience as a subject matter expert working across two or more technology layers (e.g., application, network, platform, data).
• Two (2) years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above)
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other comparable security certification 
• Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud provider AWS or Azure or GCP
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to be able to interact at all levels and be effective as part of a broader team
• Ability to write documentation for all types of audiences, including documentation in code, and website documentation in Confluence/Sharepoint
• Comfort with working with a geographically distributed team 

Skills Desired:

• Hands-on development experience in anyone scripting languages. 
• Risk Management Framework
• Strong Understanding of Change Management, Problem Management, Incident Management. 
• Experience working with and understanding the needs of customers or clients
