What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Contribute to Security Management activities:
    • Draft and update policies, standards, guidelines;
    • Contribute to performing market reviews, products analyses, studies;
    • Contribute to user awareness programs.
  • Protect the EUDA ICT infrastructure and applications:
    • Contribute to defining architectures for security systems;
    • Implement Security settings on various kinds of IT components.
  • Be an actor of the operational Security processes:
    • Operate the corporate ICT Security solutions (see list in Annex 1)
    • Operate the Security assurance platforms and tools;
    • Perform threat-hunting activities;
    • Detect and analyse security events;
    • Respond to security incidents.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

  • University degree in the ICT field
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, GCIH, or similar are considered an asset.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in drafting, updating, and implementing security policies, standards, and guidelines.
  • Experience in contributing to market reviews, product analyses, and studies related to cybersecurity.
  • Experience in contributing to user awareness programs and creating relevant materials.
  • Experience in defining and contributing to the architecture of security systems.
  • Experience in implementing security settings on various IT components, such as servers, networks, and applications.
  • Experience in operating corporate ICT security solutions and assurance platforms and in particular Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS), and other security monitoring tools..
  • Experience in performing threat-hunting activities to proactively identify potential security threats.
  • Experience in detecting and analysing security events using various tools and technologies.
  • Experience in responding to security incidents, including incident detection, investigation, and remediation.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey security risks, incidents, and mitigation strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and standards, such as EU Cybersecurity Regulation, ISO 27001/27005, NIST, etc.
  • Fluency in English.
