EBS Security Analyst - Intermediate
(This position is hybrid with some onsite work in Indianapolis, Indiana)
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented team member to join our Enterprise Business Solutions Team to support granting access within multiple applications across our Oracle Cloud, UKG Pro, Salesforce, and 30+ more across the organization. This role will be responsible for reviewing segregation of duty violations and implementing resolutions to resolve, expand/maintain/support role-based access across all applications, reviewing/fulfilling daily access requests, supporting environment refreshes, implementing new application/security enhancements, monitoring My Oracle Support service requests, and documenting/performing all security related application audits. As a Security Support Analyst, you will provide support for organizational initiatives and liaison to our functional/clinical business areas. Our team ensures technology components meet the application performance needs and complies with the organizational security strategy of the organization. Our ideal candidate will follow standardized processes and procedures that are derived from working with both technical and non-technical staff within the organization and support, implement and maintenance all security applications owned by Enterprise Business Solutions. Candidates should possess the ability to respond and correct internal application security issues under general supervision. We prefer candidates to have experience with Oracle Cloud, UKG Pro or Salesforce applications but is not required. We want a candidate that possesses a strong role-based application security mindset that will assist in identifying security resolutions and being able to support our business operations transactional issues for our functional team members
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports strategic initiatives in collaboration between IT and business units for the development, implementation and support of new systems and enhancements.
- Assesses and interprets customer needs and objectives to evaluate new applications or enhance existing applications, document and test system requirements.
- Analyzes possible solutions using standard procedures.
- Works collaboratively with the development team to configure, maintain and upgrade the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and other related software under general supervision.
- Assists with maintaining the security of operating systems.
- Provides onsite support to the organization's internal users of ERP applications.
- Solves moderately complex problems.
- Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines.
STRONGLY PREFERRED:
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in problem resolution or trouble shooting.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in a fast paced work environment.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of working on Information Technology cloud products.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of creating and maintaining documentation.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience from an accredited institution.
- Requires 3-5 years of experience in one or both of the following areas:
- Experience in single business area and application (package and custom).
- Experience implementing or supporting ERP related applications.
- Requires experience with professional software.
- Requires project management skills.
- Requires experience facilitating/leading requirement gathering sessions.
- Requires experience with process modeling requirements and test plans.
