Junior Security Administrator

About the Role
An opportunity has become available for an individual to take the next step in their career to join our team as a Junior Security Administrator. Reporting into the IT Infrastructure & Projects Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of IT security tasks, working closely with the IT Security Administrator to meet our global security initiatives and maintaining Crown’s Asia Pacific IT security posture.
Requirements
Responsibilities & Duties
· Ongoing monthly patching of the corporate production and customer server environments.
· Ensure that Backup procedures are stringently followed and monitored for all Servers on the Asia Pacific Network.
· Review suspicious emails sent by Crown staff to determine if they are malicious, quarantine if necessary and report to Cyber Security Team.
· Maintain Folder and file access control permissions on all IT business systems.
· Bi-Annual review of AD, IBM-i, and other system accounts to audit users that have not logged in for over 6 months and raise terminations.
· Provide after-hours support on a month on month off basis.
· Provide after-hours support when required for Projects and IT works
Skills & Experience
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adept at conducting research in Cyber security related issues and products
- Sound knowledge of NIST, ASD or ISO security standards
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
