Network Security Analyst (AU Global Education, Hybrid)

Salary: P120,000 to P140,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• At least 3 years of experience in network operations, with a focus on advanced network troubleshooting and support.
• Proven experience with network hardware and software from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, and others.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, IPSEC, VPN, and QoS.
• Hands-on experience with the Full stack Cisco Meraki platform (MX firewalls /MS Switches and MR Access points), including Meraki Dashboard, and configuration and management of Meraki devices.
• Familiarity with AWS networking and SASE platforms, including their capabilities and integrations.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and motivate teams.

Nice to Have:

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• ITIL Foundation certification or higher is desirable.

What will you do?

We are looking for an experienced network engineer to maintain, monitor and support our networking infrastructure. This role involves advanced troubleshooting, network performance optimization, and the implementation of new network solutions.

• Network Monitoring and Maintenance: Oversee network performance utilizing an array of tools and promptly respond to alerts as they arise.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Deliver expert assistance for network-related issues escalated from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams. Analyze and remedy intricate network problems associated with ISPs/carriers, SD-WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and various other network devices.
• Cloud Networking: Provide support for AWS networking and other cloud environments, including VPN tunnels. Ensure smooth integration between on-premises networks and AWS cloud environments.
• Deployment and Management of SASE and SD-WAN: Implement and oversee Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) solutions to bolster network security and optimize performance. Integrate SASE platforms with the current network infrastructure while ensuring adherence to established security policies.
• Security and Compliance: Design and uphold artifacts and documentation pertaining to cyber security processes in accordance with established policies and standards. Execute and uphold network security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization's network against potential threats.
