We are seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our growing team. In this role you will be instrumental in supporting and operating a wide range of information security control procedures that utilize cloud-native tooling from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. Your efforts will help ensure the safety and security of confidential information, including customer data, across all systems owned or managed by Calabrio. 

 

What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities): 

  • Monitor technical security control procedures and gather evidence to meet compliance requirements for SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, and PCI audit frameworks. 
  • Collect and analyze evidence related to control effectiveness in areas such as vulnerability assessment, antivirus reporting, patching, intrusion detection and prevention, and security event monitoring. 
  • Work with various teams such as Cloud Operations, Enterprise Digital Services (IT), and HR to gather and assess compliance evidence from both automated and manual processes. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of controls against defined criteria and assess whether they are operating efficiently. 
  • Communicate audit results to internal management and ensure alignment with information security standards. 

 

Success Criteria: 

  • Strong collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate gathering of compliance evidence. 
  • Demonstrated ability to assess control effectiveness and communicate findings clearly to management. 
  • Proactive in identifying potential compliance gaps and working with stakeholders to address them. 
  • Ability to manage time effectively to meet monthly and quarterly audit evidence deadlines. 

Requirements

  • B.A. in Computer Science or a related field. 
  • 2+ years of experience in information security compliance or compliance project management. 
  • Prior audit experience, including familiarity with frameworks like NIST, SOC2, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS. 
  • Proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with tools such as PowerBI, SQL, Confluence, and Jira. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS). 
  • Knowledge of the NIST Cyber Security Framework is a plus.
