Security Analyst (Client)

Tasks

What will you do?

As a Security Analyst (Client) you will :

• Support the security operations manager at the client trough follow-up on tickets between Client, NVISO and the Client infrastructure provider(s), ensuring timely resolution. Monitor end to end ticket closure and root cause analysis.
• Oversee the implementation of new features and enhancements in Managed Detection & Response and the Vulnerability Management services offered by NVISO, ensuring they meet client needs and expectations.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients (and their suppliers/partners), providing updates on incident status, service changes, and other relevant information.
• Engage in a wide range of security activities within client organizations, including threat analysis, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks.
• Work closely with NVISO's internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality security services and support to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security analyst role, preferably within a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environment.
• Strong understanding of security operations and incident response
• Proficiency in security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, and endpoint protection solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess and respond to security incidents.
• Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
