Job Description

 

  • Support the follow-up of IT audits through the organization, including the international subsidiaries;
  • Help the IT team members to provide ongoing progress reports and updates of audit findings ;
  • Organize and coordinate meetings between internal/external auditors and various stakeholders;
  • Organize and coordinate the implementation and monitoring of the controls assigned to the IT department;
  • Coordinate the relationship between the IT department and the Risk department regarding the implementation of the Bank's Risk strategy, and provide regular follow-up to the IT management;
  • Participate in the elaboration of the production of performance (KPls) and risks (KRls) indicators for both IT and top management;
  • Provide regular reports on IT activities and point of attention with our different providers;
  • Participate in the implementation and maintenance of inventories I financial controls and guidelines by making sure that IT is on the right track from
  • IT asset management/ budgeting perspective;
  • Work in close relationship with the responsible of the IT Budget - consolidation and follow-up;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CGEIT) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, financial controlling and compliance, preferably within the financial sector;
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., FINMA, GDPR, ISAE);
  • Excellent reporting capacities;
  • A proven ability to prioritize workload and dynamically problem solving with an independent mind-set ;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and under pressure environment;
  • Particular sensitivity to notions of confidentiality related to treated information and activities;
  • Ability to address complexity and highlight the main points of attention to the management and stakeholders ;
  • Excel & Powerpoint : Advanced knowledge
  • Fluent French & English;
