Purpose

This role defines the cybersecurity strategy to address business challenges as well as legal and regulatory requirements and implements it across the organization.

Key Missions

Ensures the cybersecurity risks are managed to meet business objectives and are aligned to the cyber threat landscape

Develops and leads information systems security strategy and set up priorities

Manages resources, including leadership support, financial resources, and security personnel to support information systems security goals and objectives and reduce overall organizational risk

Defines and implements policies and procedures in line with cybersecurity strategy and ensures they are properly deployed across the organization

Advises executive management and leadership teams on security issues and promotes security principles to ensure it is included in the organization�s vision and goals

Drives continuous improvements and contributes to development of best practices

Keeps up to speed with fast-paced technical landscape and recommends as well as implements new security technologies and principles where applicable

Interfaces with external organizations (e.g. public affairs, law enforcement, governmental authorities) to ensure appropriate and accurate dissemination of incident and other industry information

Supports organization's official position in legal and legislative proceedings

Drives continuous improvement and contribute to best practices

Interfaces with local external organizations

Ensures compliance within solutions or infrastructure with regulatory requirements and escalate alerts or incidents to right level of management

Supports on security incidents in collaboration with local it/engineering teams

Applies the corporate security guidelines at site level and make necessary amendments to adapt to each specific situation in agreement with the Division security Officer

Works in accordance with cybersecurity leadership guidance and roadmap
