Purpose:
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Program Lead is responsible for leading our efforts to manage digital identities and access to resources securely and efficiently. This role will work closely with teams across the organization to ensure that our IAM strategies align with our business goals, regulatory requirements, and the latest cybersecurity best practices. Job responsibilities will include overseeing, developing, implementing, and continuously improving IAM policies, technologies, and processes. As a subject matter expert, this role provides insights and recommendations on emerging IAM trends, threats, and opportunities.

Specific Responsibilities:
Lead the IAM program and is dedicated to overall IAM program management. Navigate organizational boundaries, collaborating with business/ process owners and other stakeholders to manage program deliverables and timeframes.
Develop and implement IAM policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
Develop and implement IAM strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the effective management of user identities, access rights, and privileges.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including IT teams, business units, and senior leadership, to define IAM requirements and priorities.
Design, implement, and maintain IAM processes and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Oversee the implementation and integration of IAM technologies, such as identity provisioning, access management, authentication, and single sign-on solutions.
Monitor and analyze IAM metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of IAM controls and identify areas for improvement.
Stay current on emerging IAM technologies, trends, and best practices, and incorporate relevant insights into IAM strategies and solutions.
Serve as a subject matter expert on IAM, providing guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders as needed.
Investigate and troubleshoot IAM-related incidents, collaborating with security teams to resolve issues effectively.
Maintain clear and concise documentation for all IAM processes and procedures.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in identity and access management.
In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, principles, and best practices.
Strong understanding of security principles and best practices (e.g., zero trust, least privilege).
Knowledge of IAM solutions such as Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Hands-on experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Azure AD, Okta, SailPoint, BeyondTrust, CyberArk or similar is required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and execute IAM projects from inception to completion.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP), Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM) are preferred.
Must not have been convicted of any civil or criminal charge that would suggest a risk to Bank security.
Ability to work full time.
