IT Security Consultant (m/f/d)

Your job:

• Planning, management and implementation of projects in the field of IT security in cooperation with IT specialists
• Advising and supporting the IT teams in the implementation of IT security measures
• Creation, optimization and further development of IT security guidelines
• Supporting the ISMS in the development and implementation of company-wide information security guidelines and procedures
• Identifying and assessing risks and vulnerabilities in IT systems and processes, deriving countermeasures and monitoring the implementation of measures
• Supporting the specific sensitization and training of IT employees in the context of information security
• Supporting the company-wide Security Defense Center in the processing and documentation of IT security incidents
• Supporting internal and external ISMS audits in IT, in particular ISO 27001 certification
• Identifying IT security trends and technologies that are suitable for securing Festo

Your qualification:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of IT security or in one or more of the areas of security defense, network, cloud, endpoint or identity security
• Good knowledge of the ISO 27000 standard
• Ideally recognized certifications such as “ISO 27001 Implementer”, “ISO 27001 Lead Auditor”, CISM, CISSP, CISA
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Analytical and conceptual skills, holistic and process-oriented thinking and acting
• Ability and enthusiasm to work proactively and develop innovative solutions in cooperation with experts from different areas of Festo
