Identity and Access Management Lead (AU Education, Hybrid)

Salary: P180,000 to P210,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (09:00 AM-06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• With at least 3 years of experience as an IAM Lead.
• Previous experience operating one or more of customer identity access management, workforce identity access management, privileged access management solutions
• Professional Cyber Security Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional (GICSP) desirable or equivalent experience
• Experience with Amazon Cognito for customer identity management.
• Resilience to continue uplifting IDAM maturity when faced with challenges and setbacks.
• General knowledge of ISO27001, PCI-DSS, SOC 1/2 and other associated standards and protocols

Nice to Have:

• Strong day to day organizational skills to manage a diverse set of tasks.
• Knowledge and experience of relevant IDAM tools and solutions
• Keep up to date with the latest developments in the identity access management landscape.
  

What will you do?

• Refresh and maintain the strategy and roadmap for workforce, privileged and customer identity access management.
• Lead the security policies, processes as it relates to IAM
• Uplift identity access management maturity for the organization.
• Lead the identity and access management matters in projects.
• Subject matter consultancy to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Own and operate identity management platforms.
• Own the user access reviews.
• Identify and resolve gaps in the business processes that may include security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
• Responsible for resolving issue, support requests, etc.
• Ensure identity and access management solutions operate within SLAs access rights, user activities, and compliance metrics as required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the IGA framework.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and streamline workflows.
• Develop meaningful reporting metrics to track and report on IDP’s risk position with respect to management of the identity lifecycle across the organization.
