Job Purpose/Role


Based in Milan and reporting directly to the Head of Facility-Procurement-General Services within the Corporate Support Department, you will be responsible of managing the security of people and premises as well as tangible and intangible assets by monitoring threats and implementing security solutions. 
 
Key Responsibilities


•    Defining and maintaining a protection requirements analysis for all facilities in order to identify gaps and security vulnerabilities, and implement appropriate mitigation measures
•    Continuous monitoring of the effectiveness of the security system and the detection of potential threats, maintaining appropriate contacts with any external actor (law enforcement agencies, City Life consortium, etc.)
•    Assessing the security of events organized by Allianz both in headquarters and in external venues
•    Defining procedures and managing access to the premises and related authorizations, as well as relationships with surveillance company and related activities
•    Collaborate with main safety-related company functions such as Health & Safety, Protection & Resilience, Risk Management and Facility Management
•    Supervision of all Protective Security processes and related KPIs, including active participation in the definition and development of new rules and implementation

 

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience


•    Master’s Degree in Engineering, advanced degrees or certifications would be an advantage
•    2-3 years of experience in Corporate & Physical Security
•    Experience in risk management, security assessments, and incident response
•    Experience with physical security systems and technologies
•    Experience in planning, executing, and managing security projects
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as ability to interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
•    Analytical and problem-solving skills
•    Ability to work under pressure and handle possible emergencies
•    Excellent knowledge of Office 365
•    Fluent in Italian and English, written and spoken
