At ARLA Foods, we are looking for an Information Security Expert with deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to ensure that our most sensitive systems are securely managed. In this role, you will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of PAM solutions across our global enterprise. You’ll collaborate closely with IT and security teams to reduce the risks associated with privileged account misuse.

How you will make an impact 

• Develop and implement ARLA’s PAM strategy, ensuring global compliance with security policies,
• Oversee the deployment and integration of PAM solutions like CyberArk, Thycotic, or BeyondTrust,
• Manage privileged access governance, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews,
• Work with IT and security teams to secure access to critical systems,
• Educate teams on best practices and mitigate risks related to privileged accounts.

What will make you successful 

• An expert in PAM with hands-on experience in implementing solutions,
• Strong understanding of identity and access management, risk mitigation, and compliance,
• You’re experienced with audit processes and understand regulatory requirements like GDPR,
• Excellent communication skills and certifications like CISSP or CISM are preferred.
