Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst

Description

As commercial technology adoption accelerates within the Army and the lines between traditional service offerings blur with emerging “cloud” technologies, the Army must coordinate and partner with diverse groups to continue delivering modern services to customers. The Army must collaborate with industry, vendors, and other Government agencies and organizations to effectively meet the needs of our diverse customer base. By leveraging the service capabilities of other agencies and industry, the Army will create capacity and allow commands to focus more resources on mission requirements and less on commodity information technology capabilities.

Duties:

· Identifying organizational intelligence requirements

· Collecting relevant data and conducting all-source analysis to inform decision making process

· Identifying, monitoring, and assessing potential threats or weaknesses

· Validating that security qualifications and requirements are met

· Creating reports that highlight key findings for security teams and other members of the organization

· Presenting findings to other teams and proposing counteractions to mitigate threats

This role will be performed onsite.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of DoD/Intelligence experience in cloud systems
• Significant experience with executive and general officer level support elements and briefings
• DoD 8570.01 Information Assurance Technical 3 (IAT Level 3) certified
• Foundational Cloud Certification
• Network and/or systems certification(s) such as CCNP or MCSE/MCITP
• US Government clearance at TS/SCI level
• US Citizenship
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Ability to regularly lift at least 25 pounds.
• Ability to commute to the designated onsite work location as required.

Preferred certification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect
