As a Pre-Sales Engineer at CyberSmart, you will play a critical role in engaging with potential customers and partners to understand their needs and design customized solutions that leverage our cutting-edge cybersecurity products. You will collaborate closely with the sales team, providing technical expertise and fostering strong relationships with clients to help drive business growth. Your focus will be on demoing products, crafting compelling presentations, and ensuring that prospects fully understand the value of our offerings.

Your responsibilities include conducting discovery calls, product demonstrations, handling customer queries, and supporting the sales team’s efforts with your technical acumen. You will also gather market insights to help inform our product development roadmap and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer or in a technical sales role within the cybersecurity, SaaS, or technology sector.
  • Strong technical background, with an understanding of cybersecurity principles, networking, and system architecture.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and engineering teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of current cybersecurity threats and trends.
  • Ability to conduct compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with customers and partners.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or equivalent are a plus.
