Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Automotive Cyber Security Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cybersecurity of automotive systems in compliance with ISO/SAE 21434 standards.
This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures in line with ISO/SAE 21434 standards.
- Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) to identify potential cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
- Define and develop cybersecurity concepts and requirements for automotive systems.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to integrate cybersecurity measures into system architecture.
- Plan and execute cybersecurity validation and testing activities to ensure compliance with standards.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures for cybersecurity events.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging cybersecurity threats and update security measures accordingly.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of cybersecurity activities and compliance efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive cybersecurity or a related field.
- Strong understanding of ISO/SAE 21434 standards and their application in the automotive industry.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or ISO/SAE 21434 certification are a plus.
