Current Need 

McKesson is looking for a Resource Operations Lead in Operational Technology (OT) Security to help implement and manage the security program within the Cyber Protect & Engineering Organization. The Resource Operations Lead will work with Sr. Managers and OT Security on cyber-risk mitigation activities at McKesson’s distribution centers and USON facilities within a specific business unit and/or geographical region and expanding outwards to various other solutions and services within the McKesson portfolio.This individual will be responsible for cyber-risk mitigation activities at McKesson’s OT/MIOT business unit solutions and services within the McKesson portfolio.

The Resource Operations Lead of OT Security is responsible to help implement and manage security policies, standards, and hardening guidelines for Network, infrastructure, Industrial Control Systems (ICS), and OT.McKesson is in the business of better health, and we touch the lives of patients in virtually every aspect of healthcare. Resource Operations Lead responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise and support solution shaping in the field of IT Network and Industrial Control System (ICS) Security.
• Understand and assess security policies, standards, propose hardening guidelines for IT and OT networks.
• The role will assess current protection level of the networks, infrastructure and Industrial Control Systems and the compliance of these assets towards Client policies, standards, and applicable legislation.
• The role will support projects, assess the effectiveness of the security of the network, and OT environments, include technical planning and site co-ordination.
• Understand, research, design and develop secure implementations of technology solutions, and oversee large rollouts of the same.
• End-to-end analysis, requirements development, design, and governance of the security processes and tools ecosystem within McKesson Technology infrastructure, partnering with IT and business colleagues as appropriate.
• Evaluate and POC next-generation network security solutions in Enterprise Security LAB
• Support Security Architecture with the design and implementation of new network security solutions.
• Operationalize network security solutions to provide optimal value through repeatable metric reporting, standardizing maintenance and continually finding and closing security gaps.
• Train Operations teams to ensure a high-level understanding of network security solutions and how they relate to quantifiable risk.
• Planview consolidation and compliance.
• Forecasting – monthly, quarterly, and year-end.
• Financial reporting – program level.
• Purchasing requests.
• Portfolio and Resource Management.
• Jira - Populate Jira board with monthly financials.
• Work with vendors and partners as needed to determine financial impact to organization.
• Liaison to Finance Organization Business Unit
