If you’re ready to lead with empathy and clarity while driving impactful security initiatives, Delta Faucet Company offers the platform for you to make your mark.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Expert Guidance: Advise on security architecture, emerging technologies, data privacy, identity management, and regulatory compliance across global geographies.

  • Monitor Emerging Threats: Stay ahead of evolving security trends and proactively advise leadership on necessary adjustments to strengthen our security posture.

  • Collaborate Across the Business: Work with leaders to develop and continuously evolve security plans, ensuring the protection of enterprise IT, OT, and IoT environments.

  • Mentor & Lead Teams: Develop, manage, and inspire your team. Oversee resources, budgets, third-party vendors, and promote an inclusive, innovative team culture.

  • Incident Response & Continuity: Own security incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes. Coordinate clear, prioritized communication when needed.

  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Perform ongoing threat, risk, and vulnerability assessments. Continuously evaluate current security systems and architecture for improvements.

  • Train & Standardize: Lead company-wide security training programs and implement standardized security practices to ensure consistent protection across all levels.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in technology, with a strong emphasis on information security.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement security strategies that include risk mitigation, vulnerability assessments, and security incident management.

  • Experience designing and executing tailored security training and audit programs to maintain high-quality security delivery.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to articulate complex security topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships in a global, matrixed environment and work with diverse teams.

  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously, while adapting to rapidly shifting priorities.

  • Ability to translate complex intelligence into actionable decisions and effectively manage highly sensitive security issues.
