Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
• working closely with the overall Intelcom IT team to ensure alignment between IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity strategies and business objectives when it comes to Risk Management related projects and initiatives such as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BC), Crisis Management (CM), Incident Management (IM) and Cybersecurity,
• advising the IT resilience and compliance team on best Risk Management practices, latest trends and technologies used to support current functional processes,
• supporting and coordinating IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity testing and training endeavours across departments, offering mobilization, coordination, support and guidance,
• assisting in documenting key IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity plans, policies, procedures, post-mortems and processes in the spirit of building and sustaining such programs,
• handling internal and external queries, and
• ensuring and aligning compliance with regulations and external vendor requirements.
Note: This job description is a general outline of the responsibilities and qualifications required for the Coordinator, Risk Management, IT Resilience & Compliance role. It is not exhaustive, and duties may change or be added as necessary to meet the needs of the business.

Main Responsibilities
• Overall Risk Management departmental duties (30% of time)
o Coordinate technical and business-related IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity testing and training programs within Intelcom;
o Be a liaison in the delivery of IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity program questions, requests, feedback, etc;
o Assist in creating and supporting IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity automation endeavours in collaboration with the IT automation team (e.g. visualization dashboards, periodic reminders);
o Serve as a trusted advisor to the IT Resilience and Compliance & Cybersecurity teams and management by recommending solutions to support the delivery and execution of testing and training initiatives, enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement;
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity testing and training programs, plans, processes and initiatives;
o Contribute actively in the development of initiatives to strengthen team engagement, satisfaction, general well-being and diversity and inclusion;
o Educate on IT resilience, IT compliance and Cybersecurity practices;.
o Assist in developing business cases to fund IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity initiatives when required; and
o Other related duties as assigned.
• Compliance and Cybersecurity duties: (50% of time)
o Coordinate, plan, facilitate, mobilize and deliver technical and business-related IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity testing and training initiatives on an annual basis within such programs as:
o Enterprise Risk Management (ERM),
o Disaster Recovery (DR),
o Business Continuity (BC),
o Crisis Management (CM),
o Incident Management (IM) and
o Cybersecurity;
o Document and maintain key IT resilience and compliance & cybersecurity plans, policies, procedures, post-mortems and processes in the spirit of building and sustaining such programs;
o Maintain compliance controls and records through an automated system;
o Participate in technical reviews of ERM activities through specific workshops;
o Assist IT Resilience and Compliance & Cybersecurity team members on initiatives, projects, endeavours, audits, reviews, etc…necessitating your feedback
o Remain current on security trends and best practices and maintain current knowledge of security threats and solutions; and
o Other related duties as assigned.
• Disaster Recovery and IT Resilience duties (20% of time)
o Assist in maintaining enterprise disaster recovery (DR) documentation, such as standards, policies, procedures, plans, and playbooks;
o Coordinate DR training and testing programs;
o Assist in operationalization of DR maintenance program, ensuring deliverables and requirements are respected;
o Operate and refine resilience platforms and tools, using specialized training;
o Remain current on emerging IT Resilience trends and best practices;
o Recommend proactive measures to maintain resilience posture and mitigate risks; and
o Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Educational/Experience
• Bachelor of Commerce degree, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a Risk Management coordination capacity, especially within IT compliance, risk management, and resilience.

Frameworks/Processes
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing and training deliveries, risk management, governance, risk and compliance frameworks, and automation.
• Familiarity with Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Types 1 and 2 and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001 an asset.

Technical (tools)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills required (e.g., Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Drata, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, and similar business continuity/DR industry tools an asset.

Technical (skillset)
• Ability to easily translate and understand technical language and business needs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and present findings in an understandable format to a broad audience.
Strategic (skillset)
• Foster strong relationships, support strategic IT initiatives, and establish strong IT inter-company partnerships through the ability to network across functional teams.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently (a self-starter) and collaboratively (a team player) based on project requirements, while keeping focus on desired results with capacity to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable in an entrepreneurial & rapidly changing environment.
• Solid work ethic, problem solving and influencing skills, taking initiative, a high respect for confidentiality and sound professional judgment.

Language/Logistics
• Bilingual – English and French (proficient in both languages to support, respond to and address requests across Canada, the U.S., Europe, etc.).
• Must be open to work at least 1 day/week at Intelcom’s Service Center located in Griffintown, Montreal, Quebec (hybrid work can be discussed).
