ImpactThis skilled and experienced Senior Analyst is responsible for analyzing cybersecurity needs to meet Cybersecurity strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

Implement Third Party Risk Management programs, policies, and procedures to ensure Shipt vendors and partners adequately protect Shipt data.  Respond to and manage any Security Information Gathering (SIG) questionnaires, any required compliance audits and/or maturity assessments from 3rd parties.

Work with Security, IT and the business to document processing controls for the SOC 2 report to support audit and assessment requests from 3rd parties.

Implement and execute the PCI compliance program annually to ensure continuous protection of credit card data.

Design, development, documentation, and enforcement of new and existing information security processes, procedures, and policies.

Utilize experience with Cybersecurity threats and risks to develop and implement Cybersecurity training and education programs. 

Provide subject matter expertise in information security risk and controls.

Be a thought leader in information security and align with business objectives of the company.

Identify opportunities to continuously innovate and improve the value the program delivers to the organization.

Communicate effectively and build trusting relationships with IT and business partners.

Perform due diligence to get to the root cause of any issue.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

  • 5-8 years experience in Security Governance, Risk Management and Controls. 

  • Experience with planning, researching and developing security policies, standards and procedures. 

  • Experience with analysis and implementation of GRC systems and supporting processes.  

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader.  Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Pay Range:

Metro Areas of Boston, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and New York City: 

$110,421-$220,842

All other locations:

$92,036-$184,071

Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
