Job Description
This is a vital role at Sobi, protecting digital assets, identifying and mitigating potential threats and ensuring the security of technology infrastructure.
As a Senior IT Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our company's digital assets, information, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Security Architecture and Infrastructure: Drive the development of Security architecture and technical security operations, in collaboration with IT & partners.
- Security tools: Manage Sobi´s security tools such as antivirus, email protection, XDR/EDR, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE). etc, in collaboration with operations within IT, partners, and stakeholders throughout SOBI.
- Access Control and Identity Management: Manage user access privileges and implement robust identity and access management systems.
- Risk management & assessment: Identify and assess potential security risks.
- Incident Response and Management: Drive and develop incident response planning to address and contain security incidents promptly. Lead or coordinate the response to security breaches, conduct investigations, and implement corrective actions. Write IT Security Reports.
- Conduct Security Audits and Penetration Testing: Regularly test systems for vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Monitor and respond to Threats: Implement and manage security monitoring tools to detect and respond to suspicious activities. Analyse security logs and reports to identify patterns or indicators of potential security incidents. Work closely with external SOC and security team to improve workflow.
- Vendor and Third-Party Security: Evaluate and manage the security posture of third-party vendors and partners.
- Design and implement security measures: Stay abreast of the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices. Continuously improving and updating security measures to address evolving threats and vulnerabilities.
- Educate and Train Staff: Create and update training programs to keep employees informed about the latest security practices and threats.
Qualifications
- 5+ years proven experience from IT security work
- Hands-on experience from activities related to described responsibilities
- High level of understanding of IT Security frameworks & Standards (CIS18, NIST, CSF).
- It is meriting if you have experience of Azure Security or SASE, Professional Certifications such as CISSP or Azure certifications
- The position requires the ability to express complex ideas fluently and spontaneous, requiring a C1 (advanced) level of Swedish & English.
