EY-Cyber Security-IAM–Consulting- Risk

As part of our EY-cyber security team, you shall engage in Identity & Access Management projects in the capacity of execution of deliverables. An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY and GTH within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team

 

The opportunity

We’re looking for IGA Test Analyst / Security Consultant in the Technology Risk Consulting team to work on various Identity and Access Management projects for our customers across the globe. Also, the professional shall need to report any identified risks within engagements and share any issues and updates with senior members of the team.

Responsibilities:
As an Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Test analyst, you will report directly to the Test lead. Your technical and engineering expertise will be critical for contributing to an IAM team for quality analysis, analysing requirements, testing of Identity & Access Management program components and standards. Specifically, you will be responsible for contributing to Requirements analysis, Test preparation, Test execution, Defect logging and reporting. 

 

Additionally, but not limited to

  • Work with team of Testers, BAs, or Developers
  • Prepare test cases, assist in SIT and provide UAT support
  • Ensure that testing activities allow applications to meet business requirements and systems goals, fulfil end-user requirements, and identify existing or potential issues.
  • Work in cross functional team environment and liaise between the development / testing teams and the client to cascade the testing details
  • The Test Analysts role would also require helping develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures for the IAM services within the organization. 
  • The individual may also be required to gather and analyse data in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements. 
  • The Test Analyst is expected to apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate IAM applications through careful testing
  • Collaborate with software/systems personnel in application testing, such as system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing methods.
  • Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
  • Cultivate and disseminate knowledge of quality assurance best practices.

 

Our ideal candidate will be knowledgeable and have demonstrable experience with the following:

  • Experience in preparing test scenarios, QA test cases and perform functional testing on IAM products like SailPoint, Saviynt, OIM etc. 
  • Deep knowledge with 1 to 3 years’ experience of Identity and Access Management standards, principles, and practices.
  • 2-5 years’ experience of Test Analyst in a large-scale environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.
  • Experience in application onboarding and integration with IAM systems a plus
  • Information Security or internal IT audit experience a plus.
  • The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Superior communication, ability to explain complex concepts
  • Excellent organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to balance and prioritize work
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Must be trustworthy in keeping sensitive data confidential
  • Knowledge in Test automation using Selenium, Java, API’s, SQL would be an added advantage

  • Identity and Access Management domain knowledge and experience of working as Test Analyst in test case creation, execution.

    • Privileged Access Management

 

Team Dynamics

  • Ability to work in a dynamic IAM team to support multiple competing priorities at the same time including project work, production support and daily incident and problem resolution activity.
  • Ability to contribute and collaborate with the IAM manager in establishing a growth and training program applicable for the IAM engineering role.
  • Comfortable with working closely with IAM stakeholders and architects for project and program delivery milestones.
  • Possesses advanced listening skills and advanced team dynamic problem solving, root cause analysis, and resolution.
  • Has worked efficiently and effectively in IAM teams of 5+ individuals in a highly demanding environment.
  • Proven performance in critical thinking and usage of innovative thinking for enhancing team capabilities and providing solutions for new challenges, issues, and requirements.

 

Education and Technical Experience

  • Bachelor of Science in computer science.
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in QA 
  • 1 to 3 years of experience with identity management products such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CA and/or Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).

 

Desired Certifications

  • ISTQB would be an added advantage
  • Agile Certification like Certified scrum Master would be an added advantage
  • Any Cybersecurity Certification would be an added advantage

  • Who has hands on experience in testing the Identity and Access Management environment in standalone and cluster environment.
  • Who has hands-on testing experience on Provisioning Workflows, triggers, Rules and customizing the tool as per the requirements.
