Deloitte is working with global customers on cloud technologies to help unlock growth, stability, and sustainability by enabling them to spot unseen business trends through curation, transformation, and blending of data. Your work profile

 

As a part of our Technology and Transformation team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:

 

Role Description –

 

  • Cyber PMO/BA Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Cyber PMO team to ensure alignment of automation initiatives with overall cybersecurity strategies and compliance requirements.
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including contact centre teams and IT, to gather and document business requirements for automation projects.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer interaction data and feedback to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for automation in contact centre operations.
  • Process Improvement: Evaluate existing contact centre processes and recommend improvements or automation solutions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Technology Evaluation: Assess new technologies and tools for automation, including chatbots, IVR systems, and CRM platforms, to determine their fit for the organization.
  • Project Management: Support the implementation of automation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress against goals.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate discussions and workshops with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes.
  • Training and Support: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for contact centre staff on new automated processes and tools.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of automation initiatives and provide regular updates to management.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry, preferably with a focus on contact centre operations.
  • Strong understanding of retail banking products and services.
  • Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and requirements gathering methodologies.
  • Familiarity with contact centre technologies and automation tools (e.g., CRM, IVR, chatbots).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management experience is a plus.

 

 

 

 

 

Preferred Skills:

 

 

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is an advantage.
