Deloitte is working with global customers on cloud technologies to help unlock growth, stability, and sustainability by enabling them to spot unseen business trends through curation, transformation, and blending of data. In our endeavors for continued expansion, we’re searching for like-minded individuals to help us ‘take it to the next level’.  

 

Your work profile

 

As a part of our Technology and Transformation team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You’ll:

 

• Conduct regular security assessments on data pipelines and Big Data environments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure data protection and compliance.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to integrate security measures into data pipelines, maintaining data integrity and compliance with security standards.
• Implement unit and integration testing for data pipelines using Python libraries, ensuring the reliability and security of data workflows.
• Optimize Spark applications for performance, and leverage GCP, Scala, Jenkins, and Airflow for effective data infrastructure management and orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Python, Spark, PySpark, SQL, Hadoop, and Hive for managing and processing large-scale Big Data technologies.
