Global Business Unit Renewables (R-GBU) is supporting the Group to accelerate RES asset development with an EBIT at €2.0Bn. We count 5,100 employees and more than 50 nationalities across 22 countries. With an installed capacity of 32 GW across 4 Operational Areas, End 2023, GBU Renewables manages a diversified portfolio of assets including Solar (6.9 GW), Wind (15.8 GW) and hydro (17.9 GW) assets. Our ambition is to increase our installed capacity to 80 GW in 2030.
Missions :
- Deputy Ethics and data privacy officer :

- Implementation and follow up of the Ethics and compliance program of the Group
- Management and reporting of internal and external ethics investigations
- Contribute to the internal ethical audit and specific annual reports, annual assessment of ethical risks
- Define a specific training plan, including its content, in collaboration with management ; follow-up of the mandatory training plan with the support of the DECP and human resources department of the Group
- Secure and develop the culture of ethics and compliance throughout the RGBU
- Issue recommendations on ethical and compliance topics raised by BD, M&A, operational teams on projects, ensure compliance with the GDPR.
- Member of the R-GBU :
- Member of the R-GBU legal team
- Provide legal support to the R-GBU projects
- Teamwork on structuring projects of the R-GBU
Degree / experience :
- Law degree from a recognized university
- Min 5 years of legal experience relevant to the mission
- Fluent English

- Ability to lead networks
- Ability to provide concise, clear and pragmatic legal opinions
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated
