Responsibilities
Millennium Corporation is hiring a Red Team Operator to work in Washington DC in a Hybrid capacity (2 days on-site and 3 days remote). All candidates must be eligible to obtain a public trust clearance to qualify for consideration.
- Minimum 4 years of direct, hands-on technical red team and/or government computer network exploitation/tack operations experience (which is to say direct red team operations work and not just that which is in support of red team operations).
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with using penetration testing and red teaming software frameworks(Cobalt Strike, Kali, etc.) in a production environment.
- Minimum 4 years of experience of network technologies and protocols (OSI model, routing, building, and troubleshooting networks, etc.).
- Minimum 4 years of experience of “living off the land” TTPs and investigation thereof.
- Ability to secure, configure, deploy, and troubleshoot popular operating systems (Windows, major *nixflavors, MacOS).
- Minimum 4 years of experience inscripting and programming languages (Bash, C#, Ruby, Perl, Python,PHP, etc.).
- Minimum 4 years of social engineering and physical security penetration testing.
- Minimum 4 years of experience writing cybersecurity assessment reports.
Qualifications
- All candidates must hold a public trust clearance to qualify for consideration.
- BS and minimum 4 years of experience.
- CRTO certification (or ability to have CRTO within 3 months of onboarding) required;
- OSCP and/or GPEN certifications are also preferred, but not required.
Business Development
Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
Travel Requirements

COMPENSATION:
$135K-$150K (Depending on experience)
