IT Security Engineer (TEMP)

Security Operational Excellence 

• IT Security Career or similar IT with specialization on IT Security (Required)
• Member will help with administrative tasks, but not limited to:
• Monitor the data stream coming from the security tool administrative.
• Initiate additional time-based checks if contact with a managed security tool is lost.
• Create a trouble ticket in the event of a security tool performance problem or potential security tool health issue. 
• Begin research and investigation of the documented issue
• If the security tool is identified as the potential source of a network-related problem, examine the security tool configuration and functionality for potential issues
• Display the security tool health and outage ticket in the tool
• Follow incident and change management procedures
• Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for responsiveness and coverage
• Provide regular reports and statistics for service management
• Reviews and assist security assessments.
• Enforces security policy and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

 Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Good oral and written communication skills
• Teamwork experience
• Self-starter
• English Medium-Advance (Required)
• Acting as lead for any social program within school or out of it (Desired)
• Training on Cisco networks (Desired)
