At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Security Architect with SharePoint to join our UniQue team in Warsaw.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Design, advice and propose possible infrastructure improvements, changes or upgrades
- Propose solutions and design complex systems
- Create and update the technical documentation and operating procedures and policies
- Accompany and oversee deployments and configuration changes and methods to ensure minimum network and services disruption
- Design, build and implement enterprise-class security systems for a production environment
- Align standards, frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy
- Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats
- Design security architecture elements to mitigate threats as they emerge
- Create solutions that balance business requirements with information and cyber security requirements
- Identify security design gaps in existing and proposed architectures and recommend changes or enhancements
- Train users in implementation or conversion of systems
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Have at least a Master's degree
- A minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience
- At least 3 years of experience in systems development
- No less than 2 years of experience in testing complex systems
- Experienced ICT in the role of Information Security Architect or Auditor
- Hold CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) / CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) / CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) certificate or equivalent
- Practical knowledge of designing security architecture, demonstrating solutions delivery, principles and emerging technologies
- Experience in consulting and engineering in the development and design of security best practices and implementation of solid security principles across the organization, to meet business goals along with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Practical knowledge of cloud computing and security: data breaches, broken authentication, hacking, account hijacking, malicious insiders, third parties, APTs, data loss and DoS attacks.
- Practical knowledge of Identity and access management (IAM) – the framework of security policies and technologies that limit and track the access of those in an organization to sensitive technology resources.
- Experience with relevant National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) standards, ISO27001 and COBIT
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies
- Capability and technical knowledge for developing solutions in SharePoint 2019 and/or SharePoint online
- Experience implementing multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity management and related technologies
- Ability to explain security architecture in an understandable way to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in English language at C1 level
