Risk Intelligence is seeking a dynamic and experienced Third-Party Risk Management Analyst to perform risk assessments on Customers and Third Parties.

The ideal candidate will bring a robust analytical skills, strong risk management capabilities, and a consistent track record in risk assessments and reporting. This role is crucial in supporting the business growth and competitive positioning in the market.

The Customer and Third-Party Risk Assessments team supports the Risk Intelligence businesses by identifying and remediating risks associated with Customers, Redistribution partners and Third parties.

The role will support the business teams in taking decisions on new partnerships and provides the opportunity to work closely with Business, Privacy, Legal, Risk, Cybersecurity teams and make a direct contribution to the division’s commercial success. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as a key contributor to the Third-Party Risk Management processes.
  • Performing Information Security Risk Assessments on Third party Partners and Customers.
  • Work with domain experts, stakeholders, business and technology leaders across LSEG enterprise.
  • Assist in initiatives to evaluate and provide input on the effectiveness of processes, solutions and to resolve or support a course of action. Track and report on mitigation progress.
  • Demonstrate expertise in information security standard methodologies and LSEG security posture focused on performing due diligence for Third-Party assurance Enquiries.
  • Supervise, verify, and collect data for reporting and metrics on identified services to identify gaps and inform leadership.
  • Serve as a domain specialist in information technology operations, information security and risk management practices, global legal and regulatory requirements, and other applicable security and privacy trends and practices.
  • Support the strategic and tactical development of information security risk management and compliance initiatives, to include policy and standards development, solution development, security awareness, and training.

Skills & Experience

  • 2-4 Years of Information Security Third Party Risk Assessments/ Vendor Risk Management experience.
  • Domain expertise in ISO 27001/ SOC2, Risk Assessment methodologies, GRC and knowledge of GDPR.
  • Third Party Contract reviews and risk investigations knowledge.
  • Preferred industry-related certifications: ISO 27001/ CISA/ CTPRP
  • Ability to perform independently while being collaborative and maintaining alignment with the team
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication, reporting and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good global client’s communication to understand the client product usage and security posture.
  • Good analytical skills to analyze the multiple source data points to evaluate the risk.
  • Ability to adapt in an environment where policy and procedures change.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Mentoring Associates (Analysts) in terms of day-to-day team and project deliverables.
