Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - to be part of making this happen.  

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of our vulnerability and risk management product, Managed Risk. This role is essential to the success of our Managed Risk product line, as you will be responsible for defining and delivering solutions that enable customers to effectively identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity vulnerabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, user experience, product marketing, customer success, sales, and our security concierge teams to drive product innovation and deliver exceptional customer value.

As a Senior Product Manager at Arctic Wolf, you will:

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the product.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including leadership, engineering, user experience, product marketing, customer success, sales, and our security concierge teams to align on product vision and priorities.
  • Conduct market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and validate product direction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, customer pain points, and emerging trends.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Work with engineering and user experience teams to ensure product requirements are well-defined, properly scoped, and delivered on time.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success teams to drive go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for vulnerability and risk management, providing thought leadership within the organization and with customers.

Desired experience & qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cybersecurity or a closely related field.
  • Proven track record of managing B2B products from inception to launch, with a deep understanding of the product lifecycle.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, risk assessment, or related domains.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with engineering, user experience, product marketing, customer success, and sales to deliver successful products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise business value.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic thinking with short-term execution needs.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to leverage analytics and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience working in the cybersecurity space is highly desired.
