Construction Security Assurance Officer / Engineer

Role:

With an extensive portfolio of Defence/Government projects ramping up around Australia, Lendlease are currently hiring Construction Security Assurance Officers across our long-term, large-scale construction projects in Melbourne, Adelaide, and Canberra, with future opportunities coming up in Perth, and the Northern Territory!

In these permanent, full-time positions, you will work directly with your Project team to help manage security assurance requirements in line with the project security plan.

This includes:

• Managing Inspection and Test Plan sign offs.

• Managing Witness point registers, and drawings registers.

• Conducting regular inspections of project site, and reporting on potential security issues/incidents.

• Managing electronic equipment, tool, and software approvals and sign offs.  

• Managing plant, and equipment sign offs.

• Managing project security documentation, and processes.

• Reporting to project security manager on above requirements.

To be successful you will need:

• To be an Australian Citizen at the time of application.

• Have the ability to gain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.  

• Bring high-level attention to detail, and a meticulous, process driven approach.

• Strong written, and verbal communication skills as you will be communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

• Construction, and/or security experience is not a direct requirement, but will be highly regarded.

• Applicants from Quality Assurance, EHS, Project Surveillance, Rail, and Aviation sectors are highly encouraged to apply!
