The Role

We are seeking an experienced Security & Resiliency Leader to join our team, who is responsible for driving revenue growth within Security transformation.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the account teams, solutioners and alliance partners for successful joint pursuits. You will participate in complex sales effort and drive deals to closure playing customer-facing role. 
Drives opportunities and supports partners in existing accounts and new logos on sales to provide deep technical expertise.
 

The Director of Security & Resiliency and Networking & Edge Practice is responsible for the execution and alignment of the strategy and roadmap for Kyndryl in the Netherlands closely aligned with the Strategic Markets Security & Resiliency Practice. Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute a pre-sales strategy to drive revenue growth in Security & Resiliency,

• Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on Security & Resiliency,

• Leverage deep Security & Resiliency knowledge and experience to identify and prioritize opportunities,

• Collaborate with account teams and alliance partners to ensure maximum use of the capabilities and services we can offer,

• Build relationships with senior C-level and IT executives; create referenceable customers,

• Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities,

• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.

Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven track record in security and resiliency services, plus leading security teams and developing security strategies
• Understanding of business operations and ability to translate security needs into business requirements,
• Strong knowledge of security concepts, management frameworks, principles, cloud technologies, network management, and best practices, with a focus on security management and risk analysis
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and ability to influence and negotiate with executive stakeholders to secure resources and support
• 2+ years of experience in a similar/senior level role.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Certifications in security management and/or cloud security,
• Understanding and implementing new security trends and technologies.
