We are a small team of 7 Cyber Security experts located in Czechia and Germany. As part of the international Cyber Security Center of Competence (CyS CoC), uniting more than 100 professionals, we help shape the cybersecurity architecture for various ZF products — ranging from transmissions and autonomous driving systems to fleet management and more. Our team provides technical guidance, develops strategy policies, and offers recommendations to ensure the security of our products and protect against skilled hackers.
What can you look forward to as Cybersecurity System Architect?
- Analyze cybersecurity system requirements and create Item Definition documents to outline security aspects for new products.
- Conduct Threat Analysis and Risk Assessments (TARA) to identify and mitigate risks early in the design process.
- Develop and improve cybersecurity of ZF products, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and evolving threat landscapes.
- Perform vulnerability analyses to assess potential risks and ensure the security of product architectures.
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders, providing guidance on security standards, implementing security measures, and supporting the entire product lifecycle.
Your profile:
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, cybersecurity system requirements and vulnerability analyses
- Familiarity with cryptographic principles and digital signatures
- A degree in computer science, cybersecurity, mathematics, electronics, or a related engineering discipline — OR 3+ years of relevant experience in the industry or research
- Verbal and written technical skills in English (German would be a plus)
- Experience in requirements engineering/writing and/or ASPICE and SW coding/prototyping skills (C/C++, Python, Rust, etc.) would be a great advantage
