About PI (Product Information) & Content products

Our products automate the production chain of Brand & Product-related Content. Digitalizes assets to increase re-use and adaptation via workflows. One source of the truth publication to outbound channels and platforms like eRetailers, Google MfC, Web CMS, EDGE, and eCommerce Shops.

 

The role

Within IT, the Marketing, Sales & eBusiness team covers the wide array of applications and platforms for Marketing, Sales and eBusiness teams within Nestlé globally. Our IT products support the production chain for our packaging design and artwork execution, including Regulatory and Labeling information.

You will be responsible for the architectural vision of the product ecosystem (application and integration architecture). You will facilitate and orchestrate across product teams the agile design and incremental implementation of targeted business outcomes and technical systems following established Enterprise Architecture procedures. 

What you’ll do
•    Contribute together with the product manager to the product roadmap with your technical vision, taking into account technical and business needs, as well as changes in internal / external trends.
•    Design and evolve the architecture for the relevant product ecosystem ensuring scalability and operationability at core. Ensure proper usage of design & build processes and documentations in line with IT standards, guidelines and methodologies.
•    Lead and support internal and external implementation partners in the delivery and integration of technical architecture across a product ecosystem, based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities and business requirements.
•     Engage with Tech Leads, BAs, Product Managers and EA within (and across) the product groups to ensure alignment with the overall enterprise architecture.
•    Lead continuous improvement activities to have a scalable and sustainable product ecosystem.
•    Keep innovation at the core by promoting automation and industrialization for leaner architecture.

Minimum qualifications:

•   •    Hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex technical ecosystems (cloud and hybrid). 
•    Comprehensive experience with data structures and practical programing skills.
•    Experience in master data modeling and classification of data.
•    Knowledge in Master Data Management.
•    Experience with integration patterns and methods like REST, JSON, XML or SOAP web services.
•    Knowledge of SSO, RBAC, MFA in Azure AD and other modern authentication concepts.
•    Up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity threats, current best security practices, threat modelling and risk mitigation techniques.
•    Ability to define Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and experience delivering them rapidly and with a high rate of IT consumer adoption.
•    Be an advocate of the DevOps & Agile culture and principles.
•    Continuous Integration and Deployment: Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools for automating software build, test, and deployment processes.
•    Performance Optimization: Knowledge of techniques and tools for optimizing software performance, including profiling, code review, and performance testing.
•    Documentation and Technical Writing: Strong skills in documenting technical specifications, system architecture, and user guides, facilitating knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
•    Data Analytics and Business Intelligence: Familiarity with data analytics tools, data visualization techniques and business intelligence concepts.
•    7+ years of experience in IS/IT, with Agile methodologies.
•    Effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
•    Experience having worked in a global & multicultural environment with virtual teams.
