JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Cyber Security Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate passionate about cyber resilience and technology who is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. You will assist in the creation and execution of cyber security research and technology analysis to promote Commvault's thought leadership in cyber resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Research: Assist in researching, analysing and documenting the latest cybersecurity trends, regulations and threats.
Technology: Conduct research and assess effectiveness on new security tools, techniques, technologies and methodologies.
Data Analysis: Collect, organise and analyse data to generate insights and reports.
Content Creation: Assist in developing cyber resiliency materials such as blog posts, infographics and social media content related to cyber resilience.
Event Coordination: Support in organising and promoting events that position Commvault as a thought leader in cyber resilience.
Communication: Develop internal communications strategies to promote upcoming activities as well as showcase field marketing highlights
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and marketing teams to align messaging and ensure consistency in all communication. Collaborate with Interns across Commvault.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interest in cybersecurity and a desire to learn about the industry.
Basic understanding of cyber security principles (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
