Job Description:

Are you a leader of people looking to build a team that makes a difference with technology? As GDIT Vice President and Technology Consulting Executive, you will manage key technology partner relationships, lead joint GDIT/Solution Partner growth strategies, and oversee a team of Technology Consultants and Coordinators.  You will own a portfolio of high-visibility solution-based engagements centered around our strategic technology partners and solutions based on today’s most sought after-technologies.

You will lead, develop, coach and oversee a team of technology consultants and partner directors to partner with GDIT’s customer facing teams and customers in all phases of the solution development and go-to-market lifecycle through operationalization.  Your team will apply deep mission insights to customer priorities to help them with their digital modernization plans, become more secure, effective and efficient.  The solutions will leverage strategic use of technologies that include Generative AI, Cloud, HPCaaS, 5G, Quantum, Zero Trust Cybersecurity, AI-assisted DevSecOps and many others.

HOW A VICE PRESIDENT & TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING EXECUTIVE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Manage technical, sales, and executive relationships with solution partner(s)

• Lead development and execution of Solution Partner strategic collaboration or similar agreements

• Lead development and oversee execution of enterprise growth strategies that include co-selling, co-marketing, and co-solutioning and help set and be accountable and responsible for meeting Solution Partner success objectives

• Oversee enterprise pipeline of Partner-specific opportunities in collaboration with customer facing growth leadership

• Oversee development of all Partner solutions involving Solution Partner

• Lead development of internal leadership and workforce engagement campaigns and efforts to build awareness, educate, and drive action regarding Solution Partners

• Coach customer facing teams in designing and implementing customer-specific growth strategies

• Coach customer facing teams and other GDIT stakeholders in escalating and resolving issues/requests with Solution Partner

• Report on Solution Partner performance and activities to senior executives

• Lead the hiring and management of Solution Partner consultants and agreement coordinators

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Technology field required
• Required Experience: 10+ years of technology experience. Current Leadership and management experience
• Required Technical Skills: 10+ years of consulting experience
• Security Clearance Level: Must be able to obtain and maintain a POLY eligible clearance
• Required Skills and Abilities: 5+ years consultant management experience
• Location: On-Site with flexibility for hybrid work
• US Citizenship Required

The likely salary range for this position is $255,000 - $345,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
