We’re looking for a IAM Product Analyst – Cyber Security to join our ever-evolving Identity & Access Management team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team 

Join our Identity and Access Management leadership team to help design and build our program from the ground up. 

 

Our Team’s vision is to be a benchmark global IAM program that enables the future of digital commerce.  The mission is to provide secure, simple identity and access management services that protect and enable Worldpay assets and services while fueling innovation and new capabilities to market. 

 

What you’ll do  

  • Lead and coordinate activities to drive the people, process and change management aspects of IAM product roadmaps and capabilities to achieve accelerated rollouts and adoption of IAM products 

  • Represent IAM in broader persona and colleague experience activities and translate applicable business requirements into IAM product backlogs and features (e.g. Persona mapping into user access roles) 

  • Define and deliver approaches to measure IAM stakeholder feedback and adoption metrics; integrate that information into closed-loop processes with overall IAM product management  

  • Identify potential risks associated with IAM product/tool deployments and develop/implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project timelines and deliverables 

  • Assist IAM technical product owners with defining people and process related KPIs and KRIs and contribute to efforts to gather, track, and aggregate actionable intelligence from that data 

  • Gather, document and translate business requirements (people, process, technology) for IAM product features and capabilities 

  • Assist to develop, implement and maintain IAM program-level work intake processes to track the IAM product backlog 

  • Assist to develop and implement dashboards, metrics, and other mechanisms to track IAM strategic initiatives and relay roadmap representation of completed tasks. 

  • Collaborate with other cybersecurity pillars to ensure IAM capabilities maintain a threat-focused perspective 

  • Additional duties as required 

 

Where you’ll own it 

 

You’ll own it in our thriving Cincinnati, OH hub or remotely in the US. While we’re a large team of Worldpayers based in North America, we have collaborative spaces and regular opportunities to celebrate with each other in person. 
 

What you bring 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent combination of education, training or work experience 

  • 5+ years of experience in IAM product or program management including experience developing end-end strategies (people, process, technology) for rolling out complex IAM products and technologies 

  • Strong understanding of organizational change management principles and leading practices (e.g Prosci ADKAR) and practical experience using those practices in large-scale IAM efforts 

  • Understanding of IAM products and services such as IGA, PAM and AM in support of workforce users and use cases 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment navigating ambiguity and demonstrating flexibility  

  • Strong attention to detail, combined with excellent problem-solving skills 

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to internal and external stakeholders 

  • Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) with the ability to provide succinct summaries and recommendations 

  • Strong self-motivation and personal drive 

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills 

 

Added bonus if you have: 

  • Experience with or knowledge of two or more of the following identity solutions:  Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, HashiVault, BeyondTrust, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Ping 

  • Understanding of IAM products and services such as IGA, PAM and AM in support of workforce users and use cases 

  • Knowledge of or experience with IAM development, process improvement, or change management 

  • Developing and maintaining IAM-related metrics, dashboards, and key risk indicators (KRIs) 

  • Prior research, data analysis or technical documentation roles 

  • Working experience scripting and APIs using Python, PowerShell or other languages

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
