L2 Analyst, Security Operation Center

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company

Role and Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE:

Knowledge and understanding of basic threat landscape and functions of IT systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor Alerts, mailboxes, investigate the reported activity,
• Take active part in incident response process.
• Perform analysis to security incidents to identify the full kill chain.  
• Coordination of countermeasures implementation.
• Integrate and share information with other analysts and other teams

Your qualifications and skills

Work Experience:           3-5 years’ experience in IT Security field

Education:                      BSc or MSc degree in Information Technology, B.E./B.Tech. /M.C.A.

Licensing/Certification:   Any certification in security field is an advantage (CEH, ECIH, CompTia CySA+, SC-200)

Language                       Fluent English

Technical Knowledge :

• In-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, incident management etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Knowledge of XDR/EDR, SIEM
• Basic concept of Azure
