We also ensure your study time is protected and offer opportunities to get involved with local community projects and STEM initiatives, enhancing many aspects of your development.

We are currently expanding our Bristol-based Cyber Security Consulting Team and are recruiting Cyber Security Degree Apprentices. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on leading-edge cyber security projects that directly impact the UK's security.

You will report to a Senior Cyber Security Consultant, with guidance from the Head of Consulting, and develop your skills and knowledge while providing cyber security support to various customer projects and working on your own assigned development project.

As a Cyber Security Degree Apprentice, you will work alongside experienced IT professionals, helping to identify and mitigate potential security risks, analyse security threats, and develop solutions to protect our customers' systems and data. During your apprenticeship, you will work toward completing a Cyber Security degree, gaining comprehensive exposure to various aspects of the field.

The starting salary for this role is £21,525 per annum.

Key Skills:

  • On the risk analysis side, you may focus on operations, governance, and compliance.

You will work to achieve security outcomes in a legal and regulatory context, gaining hands-on experience with information security and delivering solutions that fulfil organisational requirements. You’ll also learn how to defend against attack techniques, manage risks, and build security cases as you prepare for a career as a future Cyber Security Consultant.
