The role:

Armis' Office of the CISO is looking for a Program Manager with a strong technical background and a proven track record in operational excellence to oversee key initiatives. This role demands a strong technical foundation, operational excellence, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse teams. You will be instrumental in aligning Engineering, Product, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of OCISO projects, optimize internal processes, and act as the primary OCISO liaison.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional project management skills, outstanding communication, and thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments.

What you will do…

  • Oversee the program\project management process, ensuring smooth collaboration on existing and new initiatives with internal customers.
  • Manage and respond to incoming requests from internal customers (internal organizations), working with OCISO teams to handle requests and initiatives.
  • Assist with planning and management of annual audits, serving as the primary OCISO point of contact.
  • Maintain awareness of the delta between our findings, requirements, environment, and the current product version and features roadmap.
  • Contribute to developing internal customer communications related to OCISO initiatives.
  • Coordinate with our existing OCISO and internal Organizations to ensure the timely completion of tasks
  • Track and manage findings, and remediations, and keep us on track for growth and compliance.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, status reports, and risk assessments related to OCISO initiatives
  • Liaise between technical teams, management, and internal customers to facilitate smooth communication and project progression
  • Identify potential gaps and coordinate with appropriate teams to address them

What we expect…

  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management roles, preferably in a global SaaS cybersecurity company 
  • Experience working in a cybersecurity environment and familiarity with security frameworks and best practices
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to grasp complex concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Formal certifications/training in Project/Program Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across various teams
  • Experience with customer onboarding processes and stakeholder management
  • Excellent project management and coordination abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with emphasis on customer-facing communication
  • Ability to quickly grasp and manage complex requirements
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies to track, report, and manage initiatives.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines and ensuring accuracy
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple compliance requests and projects

Nice to Have

  • Security, cyber experience is an advantage
  • SQL
