As a BizTech team we are passionate about our Twinings and Ovaltine brands and we strive to WOW our customers, consumers, suppliers and colleagues. The Senior Security Analyst will support the global Twinings Ovo business leading the Security Roadmap and Strategy. 

Please note the candidate for this role can be located anywhere in Poland, domestic and international travel with the role will be required. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Relationship Building: Act as a role model of Twinings values, building and maintaining quality relationships within the UK team and with peers in Associated British Foods (ABF) and (Business Technology Service (BTS).
  • Audit & Compliance: Support audit activities, providing technical input, tracking, and reporting to ensure resolution of actions.
  • Project Management: Manage change initiatives, ensuring project documentation, communication, and measurable outcomes.
  • Security Improvement: Assist with security projects, identifying gaps and opportunities for the Security Roadmap and Strategy.
  • Innovation: Continuously improve existing security products/services and develop new ones.
  • Business Process Support: Provide security support for business processes such as starters and leavers, new contracts, and third-party engagements.
  • Policy Adherence: Maintain knowledge of ABF/Twinings policies, communicate effectively, and ensure compliance.
  • Incident Management: Assist the ABF SOC in identifying and investigating security incidents, analyzing causes, and taking preventive actions.
  • Vulnerability Management: Lead initiatives, drive improvements, and maintain compliance reporting.
  • Customer Engagement: Maintain a quality security service, ensuring security challenges and data significance are considered in solutions.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Provide analysis and reporting to stakeholders on security issues affecting assets.
  • Awareness & Education: proactively seek opportunities to build the awareness and education of BizTech teams and end users for security best practice appropriate to their needs

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Higher Education, ideally in a IT, Science or Business related subject
  • ITIL Awareness / Foundation level.
  • Cyber Security qualification eg CISSP / CISM
  • Strong understanding of information security standards and best practice including ISO 27001 and the NIST Framework
  • Experience in technical service roles, handling incidents/tickets, and understanding ITIL practices.
  • Project management skills with referenceable examples.
  •  Excellence in analysing data to drive change and provide structured reporting.
  • Strong technical skills in infrastructure and security, understanding of cyber security risks, and best practices.
  • Strong understanding of information security standards and best practice including ISO 27001 and the NIST Framework
  • Strong ability to engage with customers and third parties, communicate technical subjects to various audiences, and adapt style and delivery.
  • Business Enabling Mindset 
  • Excellent multitasking and proactive deadline management. 
  • Enthusiastic and creative approach to problem-solving, with the ability to influence and engage others. 
  • Adept at communicating with international stakeholders, respecting cultural differences.
  • Keen interest and experience in IT and Data security, with a thorough knowledge of IT operations management. 
  • Encourages knowledge sharing and collaboration within teams and across international business units. 
  • Strong focus on customer needs and the ability to prioritize workload effectively. 
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to ambiguous environments, and flex working practices. Self-motivated, self-disciplined, used to acting on own initiative and taking ownership
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail in all tasks.
