Task requirements   Requirement to access SECRET and ABOVE SECRET systems can be achieved at Northwood, Main Building, and Corsham.  Additionally, flexible and hybrid working is available where possible.                                    Responsibilities:
1. Lead the capability planning for cryptography, encryption, cyber/EW, and AI.  Programmes worth £2Bn over 10 years.
2. Engage with industry, Jt User, OGDs, DE&S, DD, FLCs, DSTL, Partner Nations (US agencies in particular) and relevant Delivery Partners.
3. Chair the UKStratCom Capability Planning Working Groups (CPG) for Cryptography to identify capability gaps, mitigations and resolutions.
4. Support Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting for Annual Budgeting Cycle (ABC) and In-Year Management (IYM).
5. Provide capability planning support to CPGs and Programme Boards as directed.
6. Direct research and innovation tasks into appropriate capability requirements and attend relevant research within the crypto, EM, AI and Cyber environment.
7. Develop and manage Business Cases and Review and Information Notes in coordination with Delivery Teams.
8.
