Responsibilities

 

Millennium Corporation is hiring a Program Analyst to work in Stafford, VA in hybrid capacity. The candidate must have an active secret clearance.

 

The qualified candidate shall assist Senior Leadership (i.e., PM AAA, and PdMs (AAV/ACV)) in the analysis of key documents provided by the vehicle contractor, make critical recommendations of the facts gathered, and prepare white papers with a summary of their findings. The Contractor shall provide expert personnel that can consult in the planning, audits, evaluations of on-going projects, and provide policy and regulation development assistance. The Contractor shall assist in drafting executive briefs.

 

Specific Requirements/Job Description: 

 

The Contractor shall support the PM AAA / AAV / ACV Team with all aspects of Program Management to include, but not limited to,

  • Performing acquisition strategy research, drafting, and updating documents for the Program Office, and maintain configuration control of those documents on the PM AAA portal.
  • Assisting the Government in the creation, updating, and tracking of acquisition and program documentation (e.g., program briefs, organizational charts, staffing spreadsheets).
  • Perform reviews all documents for grammar, spelling, and technical content as it applies to DoD policies, and provide recommended changes.
  • Responsible for the development of briefs to include IPT briefs, Congressional briefs, MS briefs, Gate Review briefs, and Program Management Reviews.
  • Perform updates and maintain top level program schedules, as well as various detailed schedules to support brief development.
  • Participate in all pre-brief meetings associated with the brief development, capture recommended changes, and incorporate those changes into the brief.
  • Develop program documentation and briefings to the customer (Civilian and/or Military) and able to coordinate the review/approval process.
  • Excellent independent (self-motivational, organizational, personal project management) skills

Qualifications

  • Candidate must have an active secret clearance.
  • Bachelors in business administration, engineering, or a related field.
  • Six or more years of related professional experience. 
  • Demonstrated experience with DoD and United States Marine Corps policies related to document formatting, style, and content requirements.
  • Experience performing Program Management and Analytical support for an ACAT Level I - III program of record.
  • Researched and developed acquisition strategy and generated input and updates to acquisition and program documentation and high-level schedules.
  • Provided analysis, coordinating, and collaborating with Government and Contractor personnel to gather and review all related data and documentation and developing white papers and executive-level briefings to summarize findings.
  • Advised senior leadership with informed recommendations, both in oral and written format.
  • Maintained edit and configuration control of documents and briefings, not limited to proofreading and comment consolidation, proper storage, and tracking status through final approval.
  • Participated in meetings with program stakeholders to discuss ongoing activities, present input, and record actions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Business Development

Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.
