Your crew

You‘ll join a dynamic team , where your role will involve ensuring smooth logistics, efficient production, and timely delivery of our top-notch products. We are currently in an exciting transformation where we are growing a Tech Hub in Portugal. Together, we are a diverse team with different backgrounds and personalities, but we are all connected.

Your mission

• Together with the CISO team, you enhance and implementation the ISMS (Information Security Management System), creation and revision of guidelines and directives
• Management of requests from partners in the area of compliance and cybersecurity
• Identify, prioritize and implement security measures and security processes
• Evaluation of IT and security solutions in cooperation with the business units
• Lead or participate in information security projects
• Project consulting, coaching and awareness raising (Learning Network) for employees, departments and managers

Your story

• University degree preferably in IT, IT security or information security or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in information security, strategic IT security, cyber security or governance (ISO-2700x, NIST) with average 3-5 years of experience
• Communicative and integrative personality
• High interest in complex issues and interrelationships
• High motivation to work in an environment with high security requirements
• High communication competence in English, good knowledge of German is an advantage
• Ideally, experience in project management using common project management methodologies and frameworks
