We’re currently looking for an Information Security GRC Analyst – Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible to execute design assessment and operating effectiveness testing of J-SOX (Japanese Sarbanes-Oxley) controls in accordance with testing plans and aligned to relevant policies, procedures and quality standards.
Job Functions
- Ensuring all assigned controls testing related requirements are complied with in accordance with the controls framework and J-SOX testing methodology · Reviewing SOC 1 reports and related tasks
- Providing reporting to management on the deficiencies noted during QA testing to identify areas of opportunity and high risk
- Generate user access lists for applications to enable management security reviews
- Generate GRC incident tickets and follow up resolution as needed
- Support J-SOX Team Lead and Coordinators
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Prior experience with J-SOX or US-SOX, either supporting SOX evaluations or conducting evaluations as part of internal or external audit
- Prior experience with ServiceNow GRC module preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in related filed or equivalent experience
- Relevant professional certifications preferred: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
- Proven trustworthiness and history of acting with integrity, taking pride in work, seeking to excel, being curious and adaptable, and communicating well.
- An understanding of organizational mission, values, goals and consistent application of this knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- An ability to work on several tasks simultaneously and pay attention to sources of information from inside and outside one’s network within an organization.
