A career within Cybersecurity and Privacy services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients implement an effective cybersecurity programme that protects against threats, propels transformation, and drives growth. We play an integral role in helping our clients ensure they are protected by developing transformation strategies focused on security, efficiently integrate and manage new or existing technology systems to deliver continuous operational improvements and increase their cybersecurity investment, and detect, respond, and remediate threats.Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operates and manages firewall security devices
Implements change request (CR) that includes patching and upgrades
Supports troubleshooting and resolves device issues when escalated by device operation analysts and ensure incident identification, assessment, reporting, communication, mitigation and monitoring
Technical support for a specific device category and act as a technical reference point for your specialist discipline
Contribute to the Intellectual Property of the firm by driving the development of toolkits, methodologies, accelerators and training
Primarily responsible for operating security devices of different firewall platforms and/or assisting with other technology platforms (eg. EPP, Anti-SPAM, Web Proxy etc...)
Device Management Lifecycle: Device change management – assist transition management of current technologies to future stat/ Device configuration management/ Incident management – assist with investigation and reporting/ Ongoing system administration/ System monitoring and operation to ensure overall device performance/ Ensuring high availability and business continuity for client systems/ Recommend configuration enhancement/ Implement configurations/ Capacity management
Ensures compliance to SLA, process adherence and process improvements to achieve operational objectives and revise and develop processes to strengthen the current Security Operations Framework, Review policies and highlight the difficulties in managing SLAs
Assists Client Care to get metrics data during reporting period and create reports and dashboards and on device platforms for device operations

Solid mix of business and technical capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex technical issues
Clear, articulate and satisfied written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation and report writing skills.
Strong investigative and problem solving capabilities.
The ability to manage a number of projects, meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations
Proficient in Incident Management and Change Management
Experience in security device management for firewall technologies
Experience in MSSP environment
Hands-on experience with at least one firewall technology is a mandatory requirement
Knowledge of various operating system flavors including but not limited to Windows and Linux
Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders internally and externally
Technical designations such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, OSCP, CEH, ECSA, GPEN, GWAPT and industry certifications from Splunk, Microsoft/Linux, Azure/AWS, Palo-Alto, LogRhythm, Linux and Cisco are considered an asset
