Position Requirements
As an Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience,
helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include
but are not limited to:
• Proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project
• Prepare deliverables
• Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
• Ensure you are adhering to compliance matters
• Work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand
Preferred Knowledge
• Design and deliver consulting and technical methodologies around the ServiceNow platform
Design, configure, develop, and test on the ServiceNow platform including but not limited to
the CMS, Service Request (creating catalog items and workflow), Incident Management,
Problem Management, and Change Management.
•
Good platform knowledge on Business rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Script Includes,
Client Scripts, Workflows, etc.
•
Ability to support the team responsible for the implementation and administration of the
ServiceNow platform, including managing system configurations, gathering and documenting
user and process requirements, developing workflow customizations, and performing quality
assurance testing and user acceptance testing
•
Responsible for leveraging knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end methodologies
within ServiceNow which includes architecting technical implementation of IT Infrastructure
Library (ITIL) processes, organizing and prioritizing development effort, interfacing with
vendors and management.

Must possess the technical/functional skills necessary to make an impact on consulting project
engagements
•
• Excellent client facing and communication skills (verbal and written skills)
• Familiarity and experience working in an agile development environment
• Good understanding of JavaScript and Web Services

Must Have Skills:
• Javascript, HTML, CSS, Web Services
• ServiceNow Certified Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Developer
• ITIL V3 foundation certified
• ITSM
Good to Have Skills:
• AngularJS andany other scripting language
• Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM/HR/GRC/ITOM/SecOps/PPM/VR
